Build in February 1969 in Ford's Metuchen plant in New Jersey, this 2-door sports-roof version of the Mustang family has been build-to-order for a local New Jersey Ford dealer named Jack Down. Jack ordered the vehicle in January same year and received it in March. The car has not left him until 2021, making it a rare example of a true Mustang survivor, with almost all parts intact, all plates, numbers, etc still in place.

Its Champagne Gold exterior, combined with Black Knit Vinyl Hi-Back Bucket Seats makes the car to true exe-catcher. Add the sound of its 351 cci (5.7L) V-8 engine, and the spectacle unfolds fully. Equipped with its original 3-gear automatic transmission, this beauty is very easy to drive, and has ample power to provide full fun on the road. 
 
We have found this beauty 1 year after it has been brought by an enthusiastic Mustang lover to Europe, and it has joined our collection in early 2023. Since then, Eleanor, as we named her, has successfully participated in number of vintage race events, and has provided lot of joy to many. Once in our hands, we have decided to optically upgrade the vehicle (against its original specs) and added rim wheels as well as a front fin, underpinning the sport character of the car. 

Eleonora is ready-to-drive and enjoy and she regularly participants in rally events, as well as relaxed daily drives.  

Currently, the car can be accessed in out garage in central Vienna. 

Alternative locations for pickup and return can be arranged upon members' request. For any Event, members can choose to have car brought in, or can bring the car themselves if the event's location is close.
