These are most recent Terms of Use, dated April 25th, 2024. Any previous terms of use are voided and replaced through these, including ones included (and signed) by Participant / Provider in a written contract.   

  • Participant agrees to use the vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Participant agrees not to operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other impairing substances
  • Participant agrees to obey all posted speed limits, traffic signs, and other traffic regulations while operating the vehicle
  • Participant agrees to operate the vehicle responsibly and to avoid reckless driving, including but not limited to, excessive speeding, harsh acceleration or braking, and dangerous manoeuvres
  • Participant agrees to keep the vehicle clean and in good condition during the usage period and to return it in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted
  • Participant agrees to notify the Provider immediately in case of any accidents, damages, or malfunctions of the vehicle during usage
  • Participant agrees not to use the vehicle for any illegal activities, including but not limited to, transporting illegal substances or engaging in unlawful behaviour.
  • Participant agrees to bear all responsibility for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from their use of the vehicle
  • Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from their use of the vehicle in violation of these terms of use
  • Participant agrees to comply with all instructions or guidelines provided by the Provider regarding the use of the vehicle
  • Participant agrees that the day of use for the Vehicle begins at 08:00 AM and ends at 20:00 PM, local time, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the Provider
  • Multi-day use of the Vehicle is permissible upon specific agreement between Participant and Provider. Any multi-day use must be arranged and confirmed in advance in writing
  • The designated pick-up and return point for the Vehicle is the same location, unless otherwise agreed upon by Participant and Provider


  • Participant agrees to log each day of use in the trip log provided, whether physical or online (date, start-day km reading, end-day km reading, journey details)
  • Participant agrees to fuel the vehicle only using the provided fuel card. In the event that a gas station does not accept the card, or the card is malfunctioning/not available, Participant may fuel the vehicle independently, provided that a valid receipt is obtained and submitted to Provider by the end of the trip
  • In the event where Participant is to fuel the Vehicle, Participant shall use fuel with an octane number of 100, or (as exception and in its absence) a fuel with an octane number of 98, to ensure proper engine performance and to prevent any adverse effects on the vintage car
  • If the vintage car is to be parked overnight, Participant agrees to seek a covered garage or a suitable protective shelter to prevent exposure to adverse weather conditions, as well as reduce, to the extend possible, risk of theft


Not obeying any of the terms of use may result in immediate termination of this agreement. In such cases, any resulting damages to third parties, the Vehicle, or other property shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant
